Thank you for your purchase. 

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Before you exchange or return a product, please take a moment to understand how our products are created. Our products are handcrafted and hand-painted/polished by traditional craft persons from rural India, resulting in unique products that are slightly different from each other, in terms of colour or design. This is acceptable and gives uniqueness to each unit made.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within SEVEN (7) days of the DELIVERY date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached, duly protected in the original packing.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@berrycrave.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail/Courier your return to the following address:

You are responsible for the packing cost, shipping cost, and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

WE WOULD ISSUE A REFUND ON RECEIVING BACK THE RETURNED PRODUCT, IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products received, please Pre contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

  • For returns, you shall have to share images of the item in present condition from all angles, for return approval.
  • All parts of the product should be included in the return package along with labels and stickers, etc.
  • Return package should be packed in original packaging to secure it fully from any breakages, the nature of the product being FRAGILE.
  • Please note that minor colour difference or shape variation is not a logic for return, as the products are handmade and prone to some variations.
  • We are liable to return only the discounted amount paid by the buyer, for the returned product, and nothing more.
  • Most orders are delivered within 4-7 business days. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays.

  • Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

 

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to our company address provided below after the due approval. We would certainly provide a refund for the returned product and the return courier charges if the above-mentioned conditions in the RETURN PROCESS are totally fulfilled.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
